There is a pile of stamps on my desk that I can’t put away until I’ve made something with them. This is the second card I’ve made using this gorjuss stamp, the other one is here. Just.can’t.get.enough. 🙂
On an A2 panel I stamped my gorjuss image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then stamped it again on masking paper. After cutting the image out of masking paper I laid it over my original stamped image. Once covered, I took an assortment of My Favorite Things die inks and stamped my plaid background using ‘Brush Strokes’ by Mama Elephant. Once the ink was dry I removed my mask and colored my image using copic markers.
I prepped the card with an anti-static tool and then inked up a sentiment from Mama Elephant’s ‘Bountiful Blessings’ stamp set in versa mark ink. Using Ranger embossing powder I stamped and embossed the sentiment twice using my MISTI. Afterwards I adhered die cut hearts and clear sequins to the project. Lastly, I added some glossy accents to the hearts to finish the card. Thanks for stopping by!
The glossy elements really complement this. Lovely
