Neat and Tangled round 2

This is part of a mini-series of cards using the same Neat & Tangled ‘Lumberjack Love’ to make holiday cards.  Click here to see one of the others and for details on the copic markers I used!

For this version I cut a panel of brown card stock and embossed it with the Darice ‘wood grain’ folder before cutting a circle from it with an Avery Elle stitched circle die.  The mountains are cut from patterned paper using a Mama Elephant die and then cut with the same Avery Elle circle die so it fits snugly in the ‘window’.

I top folded a piece of 110# card stock and put red and white striped washi down each side before adhering the brown panel on top and glueing the mountain and stars inside the ‘window’.  After arranging the woodcutter and trees I adhered them using Glossy Accents to ensure they wouldn’t come off in the mail.  Last, I die cut ‘merry’ by Ellen Hutson out of gold foil card stock and a banner out of white paper.  I stamped ‘& BRIGHT’ using an Ellen Hutson stamp set and then adhered the banner to my panel and ‘merry’ on top.

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Feel free to leave feedback below – I’d love to hear from you!
