Bubble Talk Valentine

With a few tweaks to the phrases, this card could be used any time of the year.  I’ve made several valentines for the approaching holiday and I’ve strayed from the traditional red and pink colors for this particular card.  The recipient’s favorite color is yellow and I just had to go with it!

I started by stamping a ‘Miss Anya Summer’ image from The Greeting Farm.  Then using ‘Bubble Talk’ by Papertrey Ink I stamped all of the speech bubbles in a variety of Simon Says Stamp Inks.  The majority of phrases stamped in the bubbles are from the Simon Says Stamp sets – ‘Sending & Wishing’ and ‘Best Hugs’.  The little ‘XOXO’ sentiment is from Papertrey Ink ‘Swoosh’ stamp set.

To color the girl I used my copic markers: hair Y11, Y21, Y26, Y28; skin E000, E00, E21, E11; shirt BG70, BG10, BG23; shorts BG15, BG18.
